Gower Tours Ltd. provides an annual bond to The Association of British Travel Agents (A.B.T.A.) and to the Civil Aviation Authority (C.A.A.).
The purpose of these bonds is that in the unlikely event of the failure of Gower Tours then any monies that you have paid to Gower in advance of your holiday will be refunded by either A.B.T.A. or the C.A.A.**.
In addition if you have already departed on your holiday and Gower Tours fails whilst you are in resort, it is the responsibility of A.B.T.A. or the C.A.A. to repatriate your group to the U.K.
** If you are based in the U.K. and your holiday involves a flight that has been booked on your behalf by Gower Tours Ltd. then your holiday is covered by our C.A.A. bond.
If you have booked the flight yourself or your holiday is undertaken by coach and by ferry then your holiday is covered by our A.B.T.A. bond.
Overseas customers are also covered by our A.B.T.A. bond whether or not their flight has been booked by Gower Tours Ltd.
