School Ski Trips by Coach

Return travel by luxury coach from School to Resort	Coach facilities include toilet, TV/DVD & hot drinks
Return Dover-Calais ferry crossing	Call us for supplementary prices for travelling by Eurotunnel or any other cross-channel route
6 nights' full-board accommodation	See resort pages for hostel or hotel options. Packed lunches are standard except in Fiesch where a hot lunch is provided. Other resorts can provide a hot lunch at a supplement. Please call for further information
6 day ski, boot and pole hire
Overnight ski and boot storage on or near the slopes included	In Engelberg, Fiesch and Saas Fee. Ski storage only is included in Davos and St. Moritz
6 day full area lift pass
6 days of instruction	British Instructors, 1:10 ratio, Lessons begin at approx 9:15 and finish at 3:30 with an hour for lunch. All-day instruction in excess of 30 hours per week
Ski attainment certificates	Given to all students at the final night Presentation Evening
Comprehensive insurance	Baggage, piste closure, ski breakage and Medical Insurance including no excess for medical claims. Our Ski Course Manager has the facility to pay all local medical bills relieving the school group leader of this responsibility
24 hour UK emergency assistance
Resident Ski Course Manager	The lead ski instructor will assist you with all on and off slope activities
Planned evening activities	All evening activities are tailored to your group and are planned, discussed and if necessary booked in advance of each trip. Please note that they are paid for in resort
1:10 free place ratio for school staff
Group leader discounts	50% discount for group leader's spouse and 25% discount for group leader's children
Pre-tour visit to school
Attendance by Ski Gower senior member of staff at your Parents Evening
UK VAT and local taxes	Please note that due to UK and EU tax agreements VAT not reclaimable

Return School to Airport transfers for flight trips	Coach included for airport transfers
Return flights from UK airports to Geneva, Zurich or Milan	Includes all flight taxes
Return Airport to Resort transfers for flight trips	Daily use of coaches for ski and evening activity transfers. Applies to Saas Fee and St. Moritz. Not required in other resorts due to in town accommodations
7 nights' full-board accommodation for flight trips

What’s not included and what do you need to budget for?

Meals en route whilst traveling to and from your destination unless specified
Soft drinks and alcohol for staff with meals. Water is provided on the table
Cost of collective passport (usually £39 for a group of 50)
Snowboard supplements are charged by some resorts, please ask
Lift pass supplements for paying adults outside of the free place ratio
Fiesch (17 and over) Saas Fee & Engelberg (16 and over) have lift pass supplements for older children. No lift pass supplements apply until aged 19 years in Davos and St. Moritz
Entrances fees/charges for optional après ski activities such as bowling, ice skating etc. Please check each resort page as the costs are listed. Please note that a number of evening activities are FREE of charge
