Organising Your School Ski Trip
1. The Initial Criteria for Your School Ski Trip
In our experience there are several key criteria the School Ski Trip Leaders have to consider before deciding which tour operator to use. These are discussed on our page Choosing Your School Ski Company.
2. Contact Ski Gower about your School Ski Trip
Go to our Contact Us page and either call, email or complete the brief form with your basic school ski trip details. Or go to our page entitled Request A Quote and complete the form.
3. School Ski Quote from Ski Gower
We will then supply you with a quote for the resort(s) for which you would like a price. At this stage no beds in your accommodation will be held for you. If you like our quote. . . . . .
4. Make a Provisional Reservation for Your School Ski Trip
Contact us to take out a provisional reservation. We will then check that the beds in your preferred resort and accommodation are available and we will reserve them on your behalf. We will then make you a provisional offer and you will have 1 month to launch your school ski trip to the students and confirm your booking.
N.B. This is a very important stage. With Ski Gower once we have confirmed a provisional reservation on your behalf it is extremely rare that you will not be accommodated in the reserved accommodation. This is because unlike many of our competitors we do not work on a hotel allocation system. Allocation systems have had a poor reputation for consolidation, which often leads to groups' accommodation being changed close to departure.
5. Making Your School Skiing Booking
To confirm your booking:-
- Return your completed booking form
- Send a cheque for £75.00 per person or complete a bank to bank transfer
We will then send you your Booking Confirmation
6. Further Deposit and Final Payment for your School Ski Trip
- A further deposit of £125.00 per person is payable two months after booking
- The Final Balance is due 10 weeks before departure
