We do not provide a representative to organise your evening activities. Evening activities are discussed in detail and booked if necessary, prior to your departure. 

With each ski trip their will be several ski instructors, one of whom will be designated as the Course Manager. The ski instructors are not expected to join in with the evening activities but often do. They are principally with you to organise and run your ski course and they will be there to help you if you encounter any medical problems in resort.

They may be able to help you with other issues, but there is a 24 hour emergency number which you can call for any support you require from the U.K.
