The simple answer is no.

With accommodations in ski resorts at a premium, these usually have to be booked 10-12 months in advance of the departure. It is very rare for no frills airlines to have their schedules available so far in advance. Secondly only some no frills airlines will accept groups.

If circumstances combine, such as a late booking, where accommodation is still available, then it may be possible to book a no frill airline, but this would be quite a unique circumstance.
